Jocelin’s Golden Crunch Coffee Cake

Ingredients (Cake)

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Milk

Ingredients (Topping)

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 TBSP Butter
  • 1 Cup Nuts (Optional)

Cream Butter and Sugar together, Add Vanilla and Eggs. Whisk dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients alternating with Milk to the butter/sugar mixture.

Spread 1/2 half of batter in a heavily greased 9 x 13 pan.

For topping, Add Brown Sugar, Flour, Cinnamon and cut in Butter. Add Nuts and mix. Sprinkle half of the topping over the batter and add the remaining batter and sprinkle remaining half of topping.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 mins.
