Crockpot Korean BBQ Beef

Ingredients

  • 48oz Skirt Steak
  • 5 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • 3 TBSP Gochujang
  • 3 TBSP Mirin
  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 TBSP Ginger
  • 4 TBSP Oyster Sauce
  • 2 TBSP Sesame Oil

Instructions

Add Steak, Soy Sauce, Gochujang, Mirin, Honey, Garlic, and Ginger. Cover and Cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 4 hours.

Once cooked stir in Oyster Sauce and Sesame Oil. Serve with Rice and top with Green Onions.
