Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup finely grated cucumber
- 1 cup thick whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove of Garlic
- 1/4 Teaspoon of salt
- 1 Tablespoon of chopped dill
- 1 Tablespoon of chopped Mint
Directions
- Place the cucumber on a towel and gently squeeze out a bit of the excess water.
- Strain excess liquid out of yogurt with cheese cloth
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and marinate for 24 hrs.
