Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup finely grated cucumber
  • 1 cup thick whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of chopped dill
  • 1 Tablespoon of chopped Mint

Directions

  1. Place the cucumber on a towel and gently squeeze out a bit of the excess water.
  2. Strain excess liquid out of yogurt with cheese cloth
  3. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and marinate for 24 hrs.
