Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 can Green Beens
  • 1 can of Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 Bag of Tater Tots
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • Salt and Peper
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a 13×9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef, onion and garlic in the hot skillet until beef is completely browned, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put beef in casserole dish and mix in the cream of mushroom soup and green beans.
  4. Spread mixture evenly throughout casserole dish and top with tater tots.
  5. Bake in preheated oven until casserole is bubbly and potatoes golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
