Ingredients
- 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 1 can Green Beens
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom
- 1 Bag of Tater Tots
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- Salt and Peper
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a 13×9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef, onion and garlic in the hot skillet until beef is completely browned, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put beef in casserole dish and mix in the cream of mushroom soup and green beans.
- Spread mixture evenly throughout casserole dish and top with tater tots.
- Bake in preheated oven until casserole is bubbly and potatoes golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
