Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 2 Limes
  • 2 pounds Shrimp
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Avocados
  • 1 Cilantro (use as desired)
  • 1/2 bottle Ketchup (36 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Jalapeño Pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients and allow to stand or at least a couple of hours. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
