Ingredients
- Seasoning (or use McCormick White Chicken Chili Seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cilantro
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
- Soup
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (15 to 16 ounces) white beans, undrained
Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Stir in Seasoning Mix, water and beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with desired toppings.
