Ingredients
- 1 Can of Coconut Milk
- 14 – 20 Frozen Dumplings
- 1-3 TBSP of Red Curry Paste
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 2 TBSP of Soy Sauce
- 2 TBSP of Lime Juice
- 2 tsp of Sesame Oil
- 3 Cups of Spinach
Garnish
- Chili Crisp
- Green Onion
- Sesame Seeds
- Cilantro
Instructions
In a 9×13 pan mix Coconut Milk, Red Curry Paste, Soy Sauce, Lime Juice, Garlic, Sesame Oil until combined. Mix in Spinach so it is coated well in sauce. Place dumplings in sauce so that they are evenly spaced and coated in sauce.
Cover baking dish and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 mins or until dumplings are cooked all the way through.
