Eggnog French Toast (Smith Brothers)

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Eggnog
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract or rum extract
  • 10-12 slices of white bread

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, eggnog, sugar, and vanilla extract together.
  2. Preheat and lightly grease the griddle with butter.
  3. Dip each slice of bread, being sure to coat each side thoroughly.
  4. Cook on the griddle until golden brown on both sides, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar and fruit.
