Ingredients
- 1½ Cups Oats
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 T. Vanilla
- 2 Eggs cup sugar
- ⅔ Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
In a large bowl, stir oats, flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. In mixer combine butter and sugars (brown and white), beat mixture until fluffy. Add vanilla and peanut butter, once mixed, add eggs one at a time. Add ¾ of the flour mixture, a fourth at a time. Hand stir the last of the flour, along with the chocolate chips. Preheat oven to 325 degrees, bake for 15 minutes or until pale golden. Cool for 5 minutes. Note: if you prefer softer cookies bake for 10 minutes and bake for 2 minutes until cookies are not doughy.
